CDL A Truck Driver Trainee
- Ruan is looking for a current CDL holder with preferably 6 months of tractor-trailer experience and/or agricultural experience--verifiable or non-verifiable. This will be a three-phase program, including classroom training, on-site supervised training, and apprenticeship training. At the end of the program, the driver must have 9 months of DOT recordable tractor-trailer experience. Upon completion, the driver will haul tanker loads for our dedicated customer, McCarty Family Farms, based in Rexford, KS.
- Earn $22 per hour during the training period.
- Haul loads from the dairy to Ruan's yard. This opportunity has midnight start time with 12-hour shifts.
- Haul tanker trailers with late-model Day Cab Freightliners
Local Routes
- Get paid weekly while earning $25 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, averaging $78,000 per year.
- Be home daily with consistent start times and consecutive days off! Drivers will have 5 days on, with a possible 6th day, and 2 days off.
- Ruan will assist in obtaining Kansas milk license. A tanker endorsement is required for this position, but is not needed to begin the application process.
Regional Routes
- Get paid weekly while earning an average of $1,500 per week.
- Drivers on this account enjoy flexible schedules and frequent home time, including consecutive days off. Routes typically run through Texas, Nebraska, and Ohio, with additional lanes added as needed.
- Drive an assigned late-model automatic Freightliner Sleeper Cab. Ruan will assist in obtaining Kansas milk license. A tanker endorsement is required for this position, but is not needed to begin the application process.
Hybrid Routes
- Get paid weekly while earning $25 per hour with overtime after 40 hours, averaging $78,000 per year.
- Be home daily with occasional layovers and consecutive days off! Drivers will have 5 days on, with a possible 6th day, and 2 days off.
- Ruan will assist in obtaining Kansas milk license. A tanker endorsement is required for this position, but is not needed to begin the application process.
